You can earn up to 14 SPIN® and Peak Pilates® CECs during the full weekend; 4 SPIN and Peak Pilates CECs for each single day; and ACE, AFAA and NASM CEC/CEUs will be offered as well.

The Hilton hotel, headquarters for the event, is only two blocks from a large park with ocean facing views. The Marriott Hotel, our sister event hotel, is located on the ocean water front. South Beach is a short 15-20 minute trip away.
Yes, you can register onsite, but please note that sessions sell out in advance, so we recommend registering before the weekend. You will not be able to change or drop sessions onsite, but you can attend a session on standby basis.
You can register for up to five sessions on Friday and Saturday, and three sessions on Sunday. Choose from over 175 sessions all weekend long! We also have pre-conference trainings available on Thursday and post-conference trainings available on Sunday for an additional fee.

Yes, The Square is located in the heart of the event next to the registration desk, session rooms, and the WSSC Conference store. Visit The Square each day to try out new and exciting products, shop for accessories, apparel, and education materials, and try food and drink samples.
Go ahead and sign up for another session during that timeslot and on the day of the event you can get in the "standby" line for the session you want. In most cases, we're able to accommodate the standbys as well the ticket holders.

Yes, the WSSC Conference Store is conveniently located on the next to the registration desk in the heart of the event. Yes, you will have the ability to switch sessions until May 15, 2017. Otherwise you will just go stand-by into sessions when you arrive on-site.
Prior to February 28, 2017 you will receive a full refund of your purchase price for the event.

March 1 - May 1, 2017 you will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and will receive a refund of the remaining amount of your purchase price for the event.

After May 1, 2017 you will incur a 75% cancellation fee, and will receive a refund of the remaining amount of your purchase price for the event.
Yes, anyone can register for sessions. You do not need to be registered for sessions in order to visit The Square and the Store.
Bring comfortable apparel (sweat absorbent top and bottom), a water bottle, a towel, and a notebook and pen to take notes. For Spinning® sessions, cycling shorts, socks, and cycling shoes are recommended. You may want to plan ahead and bring separate apparel for each session.
Dual-sided pedals: toe cages and SPD-compatible. Sorry, no Look pedal systems, and no switching out of pedals allowed.
